Please read our replacement and warranty policy carefully before placing an order.
Online Replacement Policy
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, broken, or faulty, you must inform us within 24 hours of tracked delivery.

A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory to claim a replacement. Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to approve or process a replacement.
If the replacement claim is approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
In case your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner, you will need to self-ship the product to our Returns Department. The return address will be shared by our team after your replacement request is approved.
For self-shipped returns, a shipping reimbursement of ₹70 will be provided as store credit, which can be used on a future purchase from our website. This reimbursement is subject to inspection and quality check after the product is received at our warehouse.

Requirements for Damage Replacement Claims
To claim a replacement for a damaged or faulty product, the unboxing video must meet the following conditions:

The video must clearly show the package from the beginning of opening until the product is fully removed and checked.

The video must be continuous, without any pause, cut, edit, or transition.

The video must be recorded at normal speed. Fast-forwarded videos, time-lapse videos, or edited clips will not be accepted.

In case of physical damage, a clear close-up of the damaged area must be shown in the video.

For neon signs, the product must be switched on immediately after removing it from the package so that any wiring or lighting issue is clearly visible in the same video.

The product must be handled carefully while unboxing. Since the item is fragile, mishandling such as dropping the package, pressing it, holding it vertically in an unsafe manner, thumping it down, or taking support on the package while opening may affect the replacement claim.
The final decision to approve or reject a replacement request will be taken solely by our team after reviewing the unboxing video, product condition, and other relevant factors.
Warranty Policy
All neon boards come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage

Liquid damage
-
Damage caused by mishandling

Damage during return transit from the customer to our workshop

Any damage caused due to improper installation or usage
The adapter and remote controller come with a 30-day warranty.
Shipping charges for sending the product to and from our workshop during or after the warranty period will be borne by the customer.
Zesta Neon will not be responsible for any damage caused while the product is in transit from the customer to our workshop.
Delivery Delay Policy
At Zesta Neon, we make every effort to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience.
We work with trusted courier partners such as Xpressbees, Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, and other reliable logistics providers. However, in some cases, delivery may be delayed due to courier partner issues, weather conditions, service disruptions, high shipment volume, or other external factors beyond our control.
Since all neon boards and custom products are made specially as per the customer’s requirements, we do not accept refund, return, or cancellation requests due to delay in transit.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused due to courier-related delays.
