The replacement process -
All our pieces are made by hand to order, meaning each one is as unique as you !
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 24 hours from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us at +919911544102 with a video of unboxing the shipment and we will deliver a replacement free of charge. Without the video of unboxing we cannot replace.
Return shipping charges will be paid by customer only.
To claim replacement in case of any damage
Unboxing video should be clear i.e., video should include the footage right from where you started opening the packing till the end
Video should not have any pause in between or any kind of transitions happening
Video should be in normal speed, fast-forwards, time lapse are not valid to claim replacement.
In case of Physical damage, a close up of the damage is required.
The sign should be switched on immediately once taken from the package so that we can see if there are any wiring issues( this has to be included in the video as well)
Lastly as mentioned on the package, the item is fragile-handle carefully while unboxing i.e., holding the package vertically while unboxing, thumping it down, taking support on the package while unboxing will reduce your chances of getting a replacement
Based on the above and some inexplicable factors It is completely and solely our team decision finally to decide whether the video passed our quality check

Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed 70 towards your shipping costs as a store credit which can be used for future purchase on our website. All Neon Boards come with 12 months of warranty against manufacturing defect. No liquid of physical damage is covered under warranty period.
Adapter and Remote controller comes with a warranty of 30 days.
Shipping of the product under and after warranty period will be borne by the customer.
Zesta Neon will not be liable for any damage of the board when its in transit from customer to workshop.
At Zesta Neon, we try to provide the best of experience to our customers. However, sometimes delivery can get delayed due to external/Issue issues at courier partner's end. We choose the best of courier partners like xpressbees, Delhivery, Bluedart or fedex to deliver your order but sometimes it gets delay due to problem on their end. We sincerly apologize for that.
As all the boards are custom made as per the requirement of customer and specially for customer, we won't be able to accept any refund request or return in case of delay in transit.
